How long does it take to deliver the product after it has been dispatched?
- It usually takes between 7 to 10 working days to deliver the order after it has been dispatched.
- We will notify you on your registered contact details via Email/SMS with the tracking number and courier/delivery partner details, once the order has been dispatched.

How much do you charge for shipping the products?
- The shipping cost depends on the total value of your order.
- Shipping is free when you spend ₹501 or more. However, for orders below ₹501, a shipping charge of ₹99 will be applied.
- Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- All charges are clearly shown during the checkout process, ensuring you know exactly what you are paying before completing your purchase.

- If the status is marked as "OUT FOR DELIVERY" and is not delivered to you in the next 48 hours, kindly check with the courier company or contact us.
