How does the delivery process work?

Once you place an order with us, your products are inspected to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
After their quality check is approved, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners ensure you receive your bundle of happiness at the earliest.
In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

What is the range of locations to which TinyBo ships their products?

We deliver PAN India. However, in case of special zones like Srinagar, Andaman & Nicobar Island, delivery takes a little longer than usual

How are items packaged?

Items are packed in a carton box.
Inside the carton box, products are either wrapped in PP Bag or in bubble wrap for safety & to avoid any breakage.
In case of fragile items, we use ‘handle with sticker’ on top of the carton to let our delivery partners know of the same.

How to track shipped orders?

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email on your registered email address
Once our team personally reviews your order, they will send you a confirmation message on your phone number
We prepare to ship your order within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
Once the order is shipped, we update the tracking details on our portal through which you can check your Order Status. Or you can choose to call/ email us (Refer to Contact Us)

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

No, currently we do not accept International orders
