For orders placed before 7am IST, we endeavor to process the same business day. Orders placed after 11am IST will be processed the next business day.
During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.
You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- The product must be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, must be provided.
To avail of free delivery:
- Place Your Order: Add eligible items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Check Eligibility: Ensure your order meets the minimum value requirement and is being delivered to an eligible area.
- Select Free Delivery Option: During checkout, select the free delivery option if available.

You can check the status of your order from your TINYBO "MyAccount".
We ensure timely communication about your order status via Email / SMS under the following conditions:
When your order is confirmed / processed / shipped / delivered or When your order shipment is delayed/ CANCELLED
It usually takes between 7 to 10 working days to deliver the order after it has been dispatched.
We will notify you on your registered contact details via Email / SMS with the tracking number and courier/delivery partner details, once the order has been dispatched.
The shipping cost depends on the total value of your order. Shipping is free when you spend ₹501 or more. However, for orders below ₹501, a shipping charge of ₹99 will be applied. Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All charges are clearly shown during the checkout process, ensuring you know exactly what you are paying before completing your purchase.
If the status is marked as “OUT FOR DELIVERY”, and is not delivered to you in the next 48 hours, kindly check with the courier company or contact us. We will follow up with the courier partner until your order is delivered.
